I had a breast reduction and lift by Dr. Wu about 2 months ago. From the initial phone call to my most recent follow up appointment, the entire process has been smooth. Every single person I've been in contact with has been incredibly nice and patient with me. I ask a LOT of questions. And the skill Dr. Wu has is unreal. I think she might be a wizard because I don't know how she did what she did without a magic wand! I couldn't be happier with my results. Don't think twice, Dr. Wu is the best!

I had a great experience with Surgical Artistry. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Lee has great technique. I did one of his five star treatments called Radiesse Hyperdilute. I’m four months post treatment and am thrilled with the results. Both Dr. Lee and his assistant made me feel very comfortable, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

My mom called she made an appointment they asked for a 200 deposit so when the date came they told her they canceled on her because she never called to confirm she is coming still. So she asked if she could get her refund back from the deposit they said no because the deposit is not refundable but the thing is they never told her it’s not refundable when she made her appointment so they pretty much robbed her. I called the place to explain about it the person I spoke to said they will handle the situation and give me a call back but never heard from them again.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Calvin Lee this morning, as he came highly recommended from my friends. Such an awesome experience and person. Dr. Lee took the time to explain everything to me and I went with his trusted recommendation. So happy with my experience and result. Dr Wu and her staff are absolutely amazing!!! Such professionalism & honest care for her patients. Even through this tough stage of the coronavirus this team has been in contact ensuring I was never feeling left alone after surgery. The calls for f/u as well as appointments being on time or sometimes even early were consistent and always caring.

Dr. Lee comes highly recommended by me. If you are looking for skill and a personalized approach, he is the one, hands down. I have been to other places, for deals or promos, and have only wished I had gone to him. From here on out, I will be coming to Dr. Lee because his practice and concern for his patients is priceless. His value as a plastic surgeon coupled with the fact that he is a kind person make me feel very comfortable. Went for consultation on 8/7 told she would do some research and get back to me, without a guarantee of conclusion. Understood. A month and a half later I'm told that she doesn't feel comfortable, did no research, did nothing more than what we talked about, but still collected my consultation fee.
I was willing to lose the fee if she "couldn't" do what was necessary. But she didn't even try to see if she could.

She does amazing work. I haven't used her facility for any of the fillers or face related work but I have had plastic surgery performed by her. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The thing that seems to set her apart from other plastic surgeons (I've never used another plastic surgeon but have multiple friends that have gone to different surgeons in the Sacramento area) is her "bedside manner". I must say I am glad I chose Dr. Wu to perform my abdominalplasty on 04/02/2018. From the moment I walked into the building you could feel this aurora of positive vibes. She is a very knowledgeable surgeon and extremely kind. The office staff was also very kind. I can't wait till I am healed to see the results. This facility is professional & has the utmost care for patients at heart. Dr. Wu is extremely knowledgeable & kind. The staff becomes like family & you will get nothing but excellent service. The doctors are both so genuine & everything is explained. I had to wait a while for my surgery date but it was worth it because Dr. Wu made sure I was well taken care of. Her work is impeccable!!

Omg!!! Where do I begin with this amazing practice?!!!? From Dr. Wu herself being the most honest, amazing, trustworthy and passionate surgeon to her friendly, beautiful & beyond sweet staff! I went in for my consultation for pretty much what is considered a "mommy make-over" which was a tummy tuck and implants. The consultation went so smooth and this Doctor is theeeeee ONLY Doctor that made me feel so comfortable while she was consulting me with my clothes off...mind you I did 2 other consultations with two other surgeons in two other states and I did NOT get the same feeling. Got my breast augmentation done here. Dr. Wu, Karla and the rest of her staff are amazing. Before my consultation, i was very iffy and nervous. When i was seen she was very informative for what would happen during the healing process, pros and cons, what to do and what not to do. She made me feel at ease during my surgery process and had listened to all my wants and needs. There is no other person that i would go to besides her.
My mother had also gotten her botox here by Dr. Lee, Dr. Wu's husband. He has also done a fantastic job and is very informative as well. They make a great team here
