ARC Chiropractic offers chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, and sauna services. Out-Of-Pocket: The most you have to pay for covered services in a plan year. This is a combination of deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance. Example: OOP $5000; before $5000 the patient may have to pay a portion of bill, this is known as a co-insurance. Once $5000 has been met: there is no co-insurance or copay; everything is covered.

I arrived at the location to learn that the chiropractor had my appointment time wrong. After arguing with me for several minutes, he admitted his error. I chose not to reschedule based upon his mistake. Whether he chose to refuse to treat me based upon other patients' schedule or the fact that my insurance is Medicare, the end result was the same. The scheduling app claims that he does accept Medicare. I did not receive information to the contrary until just prior to my appointment time. My husband went first and talked highly of Dr Cress and his staff. As I had pain for many months and did nothing about it, I decided to give it a shot. Dr Cress listened, gave me advices on stretching exercice and within a couple of sessions, my pains were gone. I keep going less frequently and more as "maintenance" and I do feel the benefice. Dr Cress is going a great job and his staff is very qualified and very professional.

This place came highly recommended by a friend after he noticed that I was having significant back pain. I was optimistic, but to no avail. After my second visit my pain increased significantly and got so bad I went to an immediate care center for pain medication. During my next visit, I explained to Dr. Cress how bad my pain had gotten after the previous visit and he didn't even flinch and gave me the exact same "treatment" I received the previous visit. This place is amazing, I had been having pain in my neck and upper back area to the point where I had trouble looking left and right. I came in and saw Dr. Cress and he not only adjusted and cured me but also explained what I had been doing in my posture at work (the alignment of computer and keyboard and my stance) was the reason behind the tightness and pain. I have been suffering from tendonitis for a long time. I went to different doctors and all they gave me were anti-inflammatory medicine or they wanted to send me to physical therapy but I never saw results. I decided to take matters into my own hands and try acupuncture, that is when I found Dr. Cress. When I first met Dr. Cress I told him my issue and that I wanted to try acupuncture and right away he said "nope, acupuncture alone will not work for you" he was so honest and straightforward and I appreciated that. This review is extremely past due. I found Arc Chiropractic last winter on Groupon. I had a horrible shoulder pain. It was so bad that I could not even sleep at night. I have tried everything I could possibly think of. After about 4 weeks of dealing with this pain, I was going though Groupon just to see what is there and ran into a deal for Arc Chiropractic. I found ARC Chiropractic by luck. From the very first phone call, Dr. Cress was very helpful and made me feel comfortable to come in for acupuncture. I am so impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to help patients. Not only did he help me with my numbness in my right hand but he's giving me guidance on the proper form when I work out with weights.

I had a back pain and I've been going to ARC for acupuncture treatments and an adjustment for couple of weeks. After a few visits the pain was gone. I highly recommend Dr. Cress. He is friendly and nice. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to help them feel better. The atmosphere in the office is very inviting and relaxing!

I really recommend you to come to this place and get appointment with Dr Cress, he is a great specialist who will not only help you to dramatically reduce your pain, but will also show you many things for preventative care! Especially, if you have a sport related issue. He will explain the nature of trauma and will show you how to completely overcome it!

Well to be honest, I'm not even sure if Dr. Cress needs more reviews since they have so many great reviews already. :p But here is my review. So I had the back pain after working out too hard at the gym about 3 years ago. And I manage 2 Restaurant at the same time. So you can imagine how my back was being tortured constantly. After I went 2 different 'okay' Chiropractic, I wasn't crazy about Chiropractors. When my son was in High School he suffered from a pretty serious hamstring injury during his winter track season. Dr. Cress is very professional, down to earth and took great care of my son. Even my son (17 yo at that time) enjoyed going and speaks very highly of him. How often do you hear a young person praising anything medical related.

Dr. Cress is a great guy! I've had the pleasure of working with him on many occasions.
His office is very nice and serene. Definitely relaxing for your visit.
He runs a non-profit color run every year where 100% of the proceeds go to charity. It's a huge event and a great contribution to the community. I'm continually impressed with his philanthropy.

The I's have it! The best! I was traveling during the holidays and had severe back pain after sleeping. It was Christmas day the pain got bad. I started calling around and was lucky enough to get Dr Cress on the phone the day after. He fit me in and I went over. After 5 min of stretching me I already felt 80% better but then I got a great adjustment. But not only did he help me, he showed me on a skeleton the problem and the cure. He showed me exercises to do at home and sent me on my way feeling 100%. I was so grateful since I had to fly home that night. I only wish I had care like that
