He charged me an extra 60$ when the key he programmed an hour before didn't work. 😐

We called this person to come and unlock our front door. He told us he would be at the property with in 30 min. He also said he would call us as soon as he got at the property. We were waiting for over an hour. We called him back and he didn't even know the address. He claimed he called us but we never received a call. I don't recommend this place at all.

Ak Locksmith was able to get the job done! Good mobile locksmith great prices! I had lost my only key for my Chevrolet Impala and he was able to cut & program my key for my car! Also he threw in another key at no expense. Highly recommend.

Called him to make new keys for my truck tonight. Said he would be here in a hour, stopped answering my calls and never showed up. Terrible professionalism and service. Would highly recommend going elsewhere with your business

Absolutely outstanding service!! Our car was dead when we arrived back at the airport and we were unable to get into our car. The locksmith arrived very quickly and helped us out. We strongly recommend AK Locksmith!

Went there today and told them that the key that they made only works once in awhile when using my car. they said oh the guy doesn't work there anymore just bring it to Chevy it cost about $35.00. excuse me but it would be free if YOUR WORKER did their job correctly! it should be on the company to fix it and make a new key to WORK! not the telling the CUSTOMER that the employee that did the key no longer works there and moved down states. DON'T EVER GO THERE!

So, I locked myself out of my house right before heading to the Fiji concert at Williwaw. I was already running late (leaving the house at 7pm) and figured I wouldn't make it to the show all together as most locksmiths were closed. But thank goodness these guys are 24hours and super speedy. I called, got quoted 15-20 minutes ETA and they delivered. They showed up and got my door opened in like 2 seconds. Super professional and friendly. I only missed the first opener and got downtown with plenty of time before the headliner started. Thanks for saving my Saturday night!
