Bill Behle is a partner in the ownership of Terry's Quality Concrete and also serves as Production Manager, Head of Maintenance, and presently Foreman of one of our concrete crews. Bill presently resides in Altoona and is the proud father to 2 boys: Billy Jr. who is now also a valued member of the Terry's Quality Concrete team, and Brandon who has just finished his sophomore year at Bondurant-Farrar school.
Like Shannon, Bill is a graduate of Bondurant-Farrar class of '88 and enjoys living close to his roots and his parents Jack and Janet who still live in the house where Bill was raised. Bill is certified in Concrete Finishing, Concrete Placement, Basement Waterproofing, Foundation Repair, and Crawl Space Repair.
