I've been working with Oliver for the past 3 years and this guy is consistent. He's very clean and thorough. He takes really good notes and makes sure he gets it done right the first time around. He's an Apple technician veteran. I've worked with many repair shops and Oliver honestly is up there when it comes to knowledge about Apple computers.
He's humble and doesn't make you feel like an idiot when you don't understand what's wrong with your mac. He's extremely transparent of his repair process and will take the time to help you understand how and why certain issues occur.
