Curtis | Walton Law was founded in 2012 by Danielle Curtis and Wade Walton in Littleton, Colorado. Both attorneys and bikers, the pair were inspired to start a personal injury law firm dedicated to providing legal advice and representation to motorcyclists across the state. While we are deeply dedicated to the biker community, our Littleton attorneys are experienced in a variety of personal injury areas aside from motorcycle accidents.
A car pulled out in front of our client, causing him to T-bone the car, resulting in serious injuries. While riding his motorcycle, and a car made a left turn in front of our client, clipping the motorcycle and causing him to go airborne. This resulted in multiple severe injuries to our client. Our client went to a business open house that allowed employees to bring in their pets.
Over the past nine years, Ms. Curtis has worked at top firms, gaining valuable litigation experience. She has practiced with large insurance defense firms as well as prestigious plaintiff's injury litigation firms, instilling a fuller perspective of complex legal issues, and enhancing her problem-solving ability for her injury clients.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1996. He then spent more than ten years in business as a comptroller and accountant for HVAC companies, as well as time working in the insurance industry. In 2012, he co-founded Curtis | Walton Law with Danielle Curtis, Esq. in Littleton, Colorado.

I cannot say enough good about my experience with Curtis/Walton Law. Danielle Curtis answered her phone personally when I called to inquire. She answers emails and texts almost immediately. She never met me, yet through our interaction and the way that she represented me I felt like she understood who I was and fought for what I deserved. No one ever needs a lawyer when things are good, so when we are not at our best, this law firm is. I highly recommend Danielle Curtis.
