By reducing snacking, you lower the amount of harmful acids that attach to tooth enamel. Lower your sugar consumption since sugars are the acids that allow mouth bacteria to produce. If you do snack, choose wholesome foods like an apple or a handful of nuts. Cut down on soda and sweet tea consumption.

Left part of my tooth in my gum claims he didnt but i called several times he was on vacation so of course he didnt want to admit to it then because he knew my one tooth was weak he wouldnt pull the problamatic tooth now i am sitting here eye swole shut. Face hurts like hell hes tge only dentist ive seen my adult life and he can't remember the work he did not to mention he lost a drill bit in my friends mouth had to get her in for xrays incase it made ut to her lungs horrible none caring dentist cares more about money the the quality of work ill never send anyone to him again
