Really great experience with Twig. I purchased an item over the phone. She was super helpful and accommodating with all of my questions since they were sale shoes and exchange/store credit, only. She shipped them out the moment we got off the phone and the item came packaged perfectly, several days later. The shoes were PERFECT. Couldn't be happier with my purchase :-)
