Zero customer service…..called for an estimate for a trailer I needed and was surprised to get someone on the phone. Told them what I wanted and the guy knew exactly what I wanted and was told I would have an estimate in 30 minutes.
No contact was made so the next day I left an email confirming contact info then later a phone message, 2 days later I made contact with a person in the office and they said they would take care of it, 3 days another email and a message call on their answering service to no avail. 2 weeks later nodda - have to shop elsewhere. Looks like the company only answers positive

I have a Pacific Boat Trailer and purchased parts for my trailer. There was a problem with my order but replacement parts were sent. Unfortunately there were paperwork problems with sending the replacement parts over the border. Sergio assisted with this in refunding me the duty charges due to the paperwork issue. It took much longer than expected to get this resolved but it was taken care of eventually.

I called here 2 times and was transferred to someone else's voicemail. I left messages both times but never received a return call. I decided to give them one more chance and sent them an email describing what I wanted, which was a new trailer with brakes for a 17' foot. Again, no response!

I needed a trailer repair for a Competitive boat trailer from the bellflower days. My coupling and brake system had failed causing the brakes to lock. I drove my trailer over to Pacific today and spoke with Ernie from the service department. He explained everything that needed to be done and he was able to squeeze my job and get me out in one day. This review is really for how great Ernie was. He was thorough and very honest in explaining what needed to be done. He said he's been doing boat trailers since 1987 and his experience really shows. He went above and beyond working on my trailer

I recently placed an online order for a couple of bearing kits on the Pacific Boat Trailers website. Their prices were affordable and upon placing my order I received my email confirmation. Following that, I received notification via email during my order processing, after shipment with a tracking number and then more notifications showing where my order was in the delivery and finally once it was delivered. I have to say that they offered the best notifications that I have ever received from an online transaction from any company. My order arrived and it was exactly as described on their site

I was reluctant about writing this negative review, but the latest development pushed me over the edge. The review is strictly focused on ordering parts from this company. On April 7th I ordered a brake line from their website. The automated system accepted my order, giving me the impression that the product was in stock. It never prompted me that the item was out of stock. I even got a conformation, which included the ability to track the order, but required that I access an app. . I do not access app's for the obvious security reasons. Every company I have ordered from simply includes

Received an incomplete order. Sent multiple emails only to get a response that a ticket was received and they will respond within 24 hours. No response as of March 16th. No Spindle, No Refund, No explanation. I even called Pacific Boat Trailers only to get transferred to Parts Department with no answer. Very disappointed.. You're better off ordering from eBay and getting better service.

Took my recently purchased, and older, boat trailer in to have some "upgrades" done. I was greeted by two nice guys, Ernie and Luis, who gave me their honest opinions about how to best meet my needs. Instead of up selling me on a new trailer, they talked about how well built mine was even though it was 25 years old. They offered sensible upgrade options, plus insight on the others I had wanted based on what I'd seen on other trailers.
One thing I really wanted, and honestly needed, was a trailer ladder near the hitch so I could safely get onto my deck boat. I loved the cost effective

I had sold my boat several weeks ago and was testing out the lights, and of course, I had several Gremlin problems with my trailer lights. When it was time for my appointment today Luis and Ernie were waiting for me early this morning to help me get back on the road safely.
Within minutes, Ernie the Expert was on the case tracking down the culprits; from the wiring plug in my truck, through the brand new plug-in wiring harness I bought from Manny, Moe and Jack, and down to every last light assembly. The ordering was easy and the prices were competitive but it ended there. The customer service is a complete fail! Improperly packaged parts caused fragile parts to become damaged in shipment and the company balks on correcting the problem. They acknowledged it was improperly packaged, yet after 3 weeks I have still not received replacements. Besides their garbage trailers that are over sized in suspension and cheap parts, their vault grease is a joke.
I have been a mechanic for 25 years and never experienced this hybrid gimmick grease. Goodluck trying to pressurize your bearings with a bearing buddy, the grease just pours out before the air. I don't see how you can pressurize their gimmick vault cap as well.
Other marine greases from your local parts store work just as well,, and WAAAAAYYY LESS MESSY. They use the same tapered roller bearings as other trailers. Frauds ....

This trailer is solid, the company was persistent during a rough time for all business's Cov-19.Fitted my Arima 22' boat properly. I wasn't able to leave my boat,so had to make a few minor adjustment's after pick up and my contact person Luis was more than helpful on every aspect of the fit-up.Drove down to Chino to see family and their shop, to pick up the trailer,good times.I would not hesitate to get a trailer from this shop,they are cheerful, helpful and feel like the want the end product to work good.They were good with me getting a spare tire at the last minute, for long

I brought my boat trailer in a couple weeks ago to have all the bearings replaced along with getting the surge brakes serviced. Luis was great and got all the bearings redone and fixed the issues that the manufacturer had done when the trailer was built. (They installed the wrong hubs for the vault bearing system and used grease instead of the oil). They also found the leak in the brake system and replaced the master cylinder. Luis also replaced the winch strap with a heavier duty model since mine had broken. We just came back from a 1000 + mile trip from so cal to lake Powell. Trailer pulled

My trailer had a bent axle (pot hole on 210 freeway!) so this is the shop that I was directed to use. They are VERY busy and I know why - they do excellent work and have people that care for the customers. I dealt with a gentleman named Luis - good guy but very busy. If you want to get in touch with him, call early in the day! They have a lovely lady working in the office (Debbie) who was definitely customer oriented and quite charming to talk with. When Luis couldn't get to the phone, Debbie stayed on top of him and followed up to make sure he got back to me. And then there's Ernie.

I purchased my Pacific Boat trailer several years ago, when the I-Line, Aluminum I-beam trailers first came out. I love this boat trailer! I recently had a mishap with the breaks which caused significant damage to the axel, fender and wiring. After explaining the situation to Pacific, they did exactly what they claim on their web page. They stood behind their product 100% and repaired the trailer under warranty. I even received a call (and apology) from the owner. I am very satisfied with the products and customer service at Pacific Boat trailers and would recommend them 100% to anyone!

Sergio in service has been my lifesaver. I drove down to bring the family boat back up to Seattle. He helped me identify all the necessary parts to replace and what was still good on a tandem trailer. Most projects take a min of 3 trips to the hardware store, he got me taken care of with everything in 1 and at competitive pricing to anywhere else you would go. Customer service from him and the service team on questions were immediately answered. Everyone needs these guys in their back pocket.

I took my tandem axle boat trailer in for repairs last year. It's been over 2 years and over few thousand miles on the trailer since I got the work done. The repairs were a rear axle replacement. They also replaced my brake line. Overall excellent place to get work done. I got their attention right away when I went in. Waited about 5 minutes. They let me get my lamens words out to explain what's going on with the trailer. They heard me out, they explained some options and got the work done on time and within the initial estimate. The summers are busy so if you need work get it in sooner

Awesome place to have your trailer serviced. I needed all new bearings and my surge brakes fixed. They were able to get me in and out the same day! Prices were very good as well. I came back a second time to get the hand winch strap replaced to a heavy duty one after mine broke on a trip to Laughlin. Again, in and out the same day! Highly recommend Pacific Trailers!

Placed a few online orders with them
1. 7 out of 8 U bolts were the length I ordered (not bad!)
2. Shackles were a different length than I ordered. They eventually shipped the correct ones but when I got them I had to drill out one hold on each one because they were the wrong diameter and that sorta ruined the galvanized dip. (At least they got half of the holes right!)
3. The shackle bolts I ordered took about 1 month to arrive and I had to call three times. The final time they said they shipped the week before and I had to convince them that was not possible since they were on back order. They

Pacific built me a new custom aluminum c-channel trailer for my Cobalt A25 and it is truly a work of art. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Luis made the whole purchase process painless and was responsive, professional, and helpful. The guys at the shop clearly take a lot of pride in what they do, as more than a few of them came out to tell me how much they enjoyed building my particular trailer.

They did my trailer a while ago and to be honest had some minor issues, explained them to Jeff and he got his crew right on it. MY TRAILER CAME OUT Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It was a full trailer restoration and still 1 year later my trailer is beautiful NO RUST and handles wonderful.
They are honest people and will not overcharge you, you get a great product for the money they charge. I would absolutely use the again.

I recently had a new triple axle trailer made by Pacific Trailer. I am sooo impressed with the finished product. The boat is an 1989 Parker 25. Before it was always hard to launch and retrieve. Now it floats off the trailer with ease and loads with only the wench, no boat power needed. It fits the boat like a glove. It is made very strong with welded gussets and bunk risers. Extremely strong, functional, and beautiful.

I purchased a new Pacific trailer from Tradewinds Inflatables for my Zodiac. The price and build quality were competitive. There was an uncommon issue with the finish. I emailed detailed photos to the Customer Service at Pacific. The owner responded immediately and offered to do what he could to 'make it right' including exchanging the trailer. I took my trailer back to Pacific and it was exchanged 'no questions asked'. Luis was extremely professional. They even moved my Zodiac to the new trailer and set it up perfectly.

I read the reviews and was in hopes of finding a great boat trailer parts experience. First off we needed a custom part, we were told it would take approximately 2-3 weeks, fine. 5 weeks later and many phone calls not returned, I decided this review was A Must. Drove in from Riverside took time off work due to Their Minimal Open Hours including Saturdays and received the part needed. Upon entering the office I expect Amazing Customer Service...I expect this at all places actually. The office is in disarray and the personal phone call seemed more important than a paying customer's needs. I

After finding our axle had been cut, welded, and broken from the original builder the staff at Pacific not only stepped in and made us a custom axle to replace it they did it the same day!!!
