Roofity LLC. was born out of the vision of a young entrepreneur (Seth Sutton) who followed his heart and faith to not only change the face of an industry, but also incorporate his ministry into his daily work. Seth started roofing after hurricane Ike, and quickly established himself as an expert contractor and restoration specialist.
Due to his attention to detail, commitment to integrity, and claim perseverance he has become of the most sought after residential and commercial insurance Subject Matter Experts in the field. Seth, being the son of Bishop Ray R. Sutton, soon realized that merely helping people protect there property was not enough to fulfill the calling on his life.

Roofity is a preferred contractor and installs nationally recognized lines of roofing materials. We far exceed local and state code requirements, and make a point to replace all metal penetrations and water diversions when reroofing, in order to establish a new age for all components of the roof. This in some instances is extended based on roofing materials used.
Residential roofing customers require a special level of trust and professionalism when it comes to their personal property. Homeowners are tired of contractors and roofers who always say (without warrant), that their roof needs to be replaced. I have a good friend of mine who got his roof replaced after all the storms that came through.
That a commercial roofing representative meets on the job site to initially inspect the extent of damage. Reports, documentation, and estimates in Xactimate (a nationally licensed damage assessment and cost software recognized by all major insurance companies) are prepared properly. Property owners are informed of any additional code or drainage issues that may be present.
The Community Enrichment Center is the command center for many Dallas/ Fort Worth local nonprofit organizations including but not limited to transitional housing for battered women and homeless, a food pantry for families in need, and community building programs that include senior awareness and financial education classes.

We have a large tile roof that needed replacing, and the folks at Roofity handled the job exceedingly well. We were most impressed with the professionalism, quality and speed of the crew. I hope we never have to have our roof replaced again, but we would go with Roofity again in a heartbeat. They also gave a percentage of their profit to our favorite nonprofit organization, which was a huge plus for us.

When Business and Charity Collides... Amazing Things Happen. I recently had the pleasure of getting a new put on by Roofity. I dealt with Joel Webb, one of the owners and one of his supervisors Cody. Both were fantastic to deal with. We had several other companies offer quotes before we approached Roofity. Neither of the other roofing companies were as seasoned or knowledgeable as Roofity. Once we talked with Joel, we knew this was the company that we were going to use. Joel answered all of my questions and many that I never thought to ask.
