Outstanding support from Michelle and Molly. We were pressured to go with our Builder to finance through them but our previous experience was superb, thus we continued with Diversified Mortgage. Michelle and Molly were thorough, paid attention to detail and they were accessible. They took the initiative for us to be eligible for a VA loan after 30 years of being ineligible.
