I was so impressed with the service we received from Servepro Folsom. All calls to office were handled professionally and efficiently. More importantly, excellent care was taken with the extensive water damage we experienced. James was our lead and he was in regular contact with us re plans and answered my text questions quickly. Our home was well cared for while they removed 2 rooms worth of wood floors, moldy drywall, etc. Unfortunately, servepro's restoration team was booked out, but they were able to refer us to an excellent restoration specialist. Great work, great company.
We had a water loss that flooded our entire lower story. Dan dispatched a crew in less than an hour, and started work immediately. They coordinated directly with my insurance company to get all the costs paid, and advocated for us beginning to end.
The crew was friendly, and explained everything each step of the way. They cleaned up each day and made sure our personal belongings were taken care of.

I've had three separate water intrusion issues within the past year and used Servpro each time. They are extremely responsive, professional and helpful. All of Servpro's team members who worked in my home were fantastic. It's not fun to go through a home disaster, but Servpro knows just how to handle everything and does an excellent job. The servpro team responded within an hour of contacting our insurance company for serious water damage in our kitchen. They were clearly experts in their experience and comforting knowledge of our claim that we were about to go through. They professionally prepared us for our long term displacement with great cleaning and packing of our kitchen items, and did so rather quickly so we could proceed with a claims process and tearing out the kitchen to begins complete remodel. I would highly recommend this Servpro team to handle the immediate need to help anyone through such a difficult process. Great

Please don't use this company!!! They are inefficient, don't show up when they are supposed to and actually removed antiques/family heirlooms that are to-date stoll unaccounted for. My sister and
I have worked diligently to close a claim that has been going on since the 5th of July. My sister has left numerous messages to the supervisor in charge about the missing (priceless) items, so far no returned call. I find this, in the very least to be bad customer service. My Mother ( the claimant) is moderately incapacitated mentally and this has caused much stress and anxiety- not to mention the disappointment
