Services
At DMR, our success is built on the commitments we keep. It's the dedication from our team, the trust we nurture with our clients, and the challenges we meet with passion and intelligence. It's the realization that our work can have a profound impact on the communities we serve. We make these commitments to foster an atmosphere of trust, creativity, and excellence.
The Frank J. Gargiulo Campus was a grand vision: 350,000 square feet on 20 acres; a 10,000 square foot skylight; a design that outwardly represented the progressive, innovative and specialized learning that happened there. Making it all happen in 27 months - a year less than most similar projects - required 20 professional services firms, hundreds of skilled tradespeople and a reasoned, yet inventive, approach to design.
When we first partnered with Middlesex County College on their new enrollment services building, the college was only just beginning to explore how to move forward with the change to their business model needed to support a one-stop student services building.

Designing a building simultaneous to the implementation of this change, while also accommodating for other desired attributes, could be challenging, but DMR's comprehensive and collaborative programming phase was the key to designing a functional building that seamlessly handles thousands of student transactions each day.
Following a rebrand that repositioned SB One in the banking marketplace, the bank needed to create the physical manifestation of their mission to provide a more personal banking experience, without the traditional physical division of client and banker by glass, counters and desks. The project resulted in a luxury retail experience that provides a personal, yet private, touch.
A new municipal building is a representation of the community, a way to embrace its history, a reflection of what happens inside those four walls and a resource hub for thousands. In Montgomery, a passionate pledge to their history was the driving force behind the intricate design of their new municipal center, also home to the police department and library.

I've hired this firm, on the difficult side to work with, can't wait for the project to be complete, so I don't have to deal with them any longer.
