The Ririe Reservoir is a popular local recreation area located in Bonneville County. The Reservoir provides an opportunity for summer recreation such as boating, waterskiing, fishing and camping at the Juniper Campground. Two parks provide the only public access to the Ririe Reservoir: Blacktail Park and the Juniper Campground.
In addition, there are two boat-access only parks: Benchland Park and Willow Point Park, located on the reservoir between Juniper Campground and Blacktail Park. Both provide shelters, picnic tables, fire rings and a grassy area, and are a pleasant place to stop and picnic, enjoy the water, take a boating break or stay overnight.

Services
We have three loops of campsites. Loop A is available for online reservation (individual sites are listed below), Loops B & C are first-come-first-serve. Campsites are $25/night. All campsites are for RV use only--no tents. Please contact the office prior to bringing a tent to Juniper Campground. Tents are allowed in designated areas only and must be pre-authorized by camp host.
We have six reservable shelters at Blacktail Park. Each is available to reserve for day use only. These include access to: picnic tables with shelters, fire rings, boat launch, mooring slips and boat docks, restrooms, and swimming areas. The fee for each shelter is $50/day. There are also two handicap-accessible shelters which are not reservable, but are available on a first-come first-serve basis at no fee.

The area is well kept however they water Mon-Thur at 11:30pm. It doesn't get dark until 10 so you pretty much get 1.5 hours by the fire and then have to move EVERYTHING back inside your RV. Including firewood. If you have a tent, good luck! I watched many families have to hurry and pack all their stuff up because of the sprinklers, and it's really annoying. The camp host seems to have a power trip. I've never been to a paying campground that I've had to talk to the host so much. It's an alright place to stay, but for $25 a night I shouldnt have to talk to some random guy every day and pack up all

This is one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed in. Very large campsites, green grass and plenty of trees. Clean free showers. It is a little off the beaten path, but at half the cost of other RV campgrounds it is well worth the extra drive, and also the fact that it's not just a side by side parking lot. And there is water access for swimming or boating.

Beautiful, quiet, clean and close to the dock. Some of the sites do not have a lot of shade but most have full hook ups. They offer bathrooms and showers which is a plus even when camping in a motor home or camp trailer. Loop A is reservation only and you really need to make sure you read the descriptions. Site A 10 has a beautiful view but no hookups. The View though was worth it to us. The camp host is friendly and helpful. It's a wonderful place to stay.
