Saw a gorgeous home on the web site. Drove 400 miles round trip to see it.
CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP. It was a house they flipped. For sale by Edgar Vines. There was a slight breeze, and the corner of the "new" metal roof was "flapping" in the breeze. My wife said it reminded her of the tin roof on her chicken coop. Left stained bathtubs in the home. Cheap new cabinets. Only 1 of 3 living room windows had a screen. Not much else to say. Buyer beware. This was 32 Shannon Ln, Columbia, MS.
