Tommy is very knowledgable, after I initially filed my work comp claim , the work comp insurance company & my former employer were trying everything they could to deny the benifits I rightfully deserved and I knew it was time to hire a attorney . I have heard horror stories about workmans Comp claims and obtaining a lawyer. One story in particular was a friend that hired a lawyer that was, what I consider, incompetent. It took almost 2 years to settle the case and he ended up getting no more than if he had settled it himself, but the lawyer took his fees from it. My friend is now broke and is having trouble finding work because he cannot do what he was able to do before. I was kinda reluctant to look for al lawyer and to try to settle it myself but that did not work. Workmans Comp gave me an offer that wouldn’t be a drop in the bucket

I will recommend Murphy for others but Murphy was not the guy for me. However he DID do everything he told me he would do. Maybe this is just the way he runs his office. Maybe it was me personally. I felt like there was a lack of communication between us. Sadly we parted ways. The office staff was very quick to send my case files to me which I greatly appreciate and they were always nice the few times I spoke with them.

When I was T-Boned by an uninsured motorist, I thought nothing could be done for me.
