Conley's Tax service is the best. Patty has been doing my taxes for the past 20 + years and shes the absolutely wonderful. Patty is very thorough and more than knowledgeable on all the latest tax updates. The office is staffed with very friendly and professional people. I would never go any where else.

Conley's Tax Service has been helping me with my taxes for the last 5 years. Kyle is amazing at what he does. I recently bought a house and just got married and Kyle made sure to ask me for everything he needed to help me navigate these tax situations. He always keeps up with the latest tax laws and always gets me the highest refund possible. Each year he answers every question that I ask him (and I ask quite a bit) with a extremely fast response time and depth of knowledge. He is very knowledgeable, fast, and thorough and I can not recommend Conley's Tax Service high enough!

I've been using Conley's Tax Service's for four years now. If you would have asked me a couple of years ago to review Conley's Tax Service, I would have given a glowing review for the customer service that Raimey provided to us, several family members and friends for many years.
However, since losing extremely experienced and customer focused employees like Raimey, Conley's has chosen to nickel and dime customers that might have chosen to stay with them. They can't even see the forest through the trees and see that they are single handedly forcing customers to seek other more reputable and customer focused service providers.

This is my third season at Conley's and I wouldn't go anywhere else! This family run business treats all their clients like they are part of the family. I usually have a handful of W-2's each year and they make sure you are understanding every step of the process. They make filing taxes not so daunting in this very welcoming environment.

I had an appointment today, April 2, 2015 and wanted to get driving directions. So, I google the address and YELP link came up. I was so TOTALLY surprised when I saw a few bad reviews. I don't normally write reviews BUT this one I had to write one.

Found out this year that Brandi made a mistake on our 2013 taxes ( I found it not Raimey who was doing our taxes) She only found it after I looked into it closer. Had to wait 2 weeks to get a response from the owner because he was too busy vacationing in Mexico but of course this is "their busy time of year" his words. He acted like he was doing us a favor by covering the penalties and interest we will now have to pay on top of back taxes because of Brandi's mistake. Brandi by the way is the owners niece so no wonder he's trying

Customer service could not be worse. A "computer crash" occurred and they did not even call us to cancel the appointment. We walk in and they had no care for the inconvenience. They could not have cared less and did not apologize. It was the absolute rudest customer service imaginable. We will never use this tax service.
After now reading all of the horror stories below including IRS audits and bounced checks, we are SO thankful for the computer crash and not filing with this company!

I have gone to this place for about 6 or 7 years. I never had a problem until a few years ago. Not only did they raise the amount to charge you to do your taxes, their customers service got worst and worst. If I pay more, I expect a decent service. After finding a mistake on my tax return (yes, I found it), I tried calling and e-mailing to meet with them to fix it. No reply until a week later. This was NOT the first they, they don't return calls. I read several reviews where other customers are complaining about the same thing. It is true, their service went from ok to bad and finally horrible

We've been going to Conley's for the last six years and we drive all the way from San Jose because they are so good to work with. Brandy has done our returns for the last several years. Some years, she's had to put in a lot of tedious work into figuring out stock transactions. Last year, the IRS contacted my boyfriend and told him he had failed to claim a lot of stock transactions and owed them around $5,000! We contacted Conley's and a couple of weeks later, Brandy had figured out that the IRS was double counting stuff. She sent the IRS a letter explaining their mistake and

HORRIBAD. My wife and I had some issues with prior tax returns and a friend referred us to Cindy at Conley's Tax Service. Cindy wasn't available, so we were transferred to Brandi. Phone calls, emails, etc were never returned. The IRS has been expecting responses from us, but we can't get in touch with who's preparing our taxes. We tried to get our information back so we could move on to another service, but calling and leaving a message was like entering a black hole. No responses ever. Even after numerous messages, no returned phone calls and we had to go to the IRS

I have nothing but glowing praise for Conleys Tax Service. We are a ranching family and are very at ease knowing that Cindy knows and understands the ranching community.
We've been through the cookie cutter tax servicers, never again. Cindy is always up to date on what tax laws have changed from the previous years.
Conley's has never done us wrong, and, I doubt that they would have been around this long UNLESS they provided stellar service. And they DO! Thank you Cindy and Pat!

I have come to Conley's Tax Service since 1983. And without incident have had the greatest service. Always, professional, helpful, instructive, patient, and HONEST, this family oriented, family owned business is extraordinary. I always leave my appointment feeling that I have been taken care of, and confident that the "tax preparation" has been completed and executed correctly!

I absolutely would not recomend Conley's. To anyone! For any reason.
We had used Conley's for several years. This was after multiple recommendations from government employees. Then a mistake was made on our 2007 taxes. Yes, you read that correctly. Long story short, our preparer filed a deduction we were not eligible for and one audit later, we owed the IRS $17,000 and the state $5, 000. (No that is not a typo). Conley's said they would cover the interest on that amount since their preparer made the error. We were on the hook for the additional amount since legally we signed
