A driver for this US TEXAS DOT COMPANY, was speeding down LaSalle by the dome. I was doing 74 miles per hour to catch up to him racing a yellow sports car. I was only able to get the last 4 then I hit my brakes. Last 4 is. 1659. This was around 3:40pm today 11/25/2019. This is a company government truck, that’s HAZMAT....he shouldn’t be driving it like that. I wonder if I need to tell the State of Texas Dept of Tx Fot as well? I will copy this just in case.
