The overall experience was great. I got there early and they promptly got me to the clinic room and answered a few questions. Doctor was is in shortly afterwards and completed the evaluation. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. I have been well pleased with McLaughlin dermatology for many many years.

Everyone was very pleasant. The only problem was that I did have to wait a long time. I was a new patient. My appointment was at 11 am. I was told to be there 30 minutes early so I was there from 10:30 until I walked out the door at 11:51 and my appointment didn’t take but maybe 15 to 20 minutes. My husband goes there all the time and is in and out quickly so I think I just was there on a bad day.

As I entered the office, I was greeted with a smile (at least her eyes were smiling- in spite of the mask!); as I was led to the exam room, I was greeted with appreciation for coming and encouragement; in the exam room, there was a brief recap of personal identification which led to a sympathetic hearing of my reason for the visit; then I was given options for treatment- which affirmed my freedom to choose whatever I felt was best for me; I was given opportunity for questions and feedback...while there I had their full attention and did not get the sense that we must hurry up for the next patient

I love McLaughlin Dermatology!!! Dr McLaughlin helped me tremendously a couple years ago and I'll always be grateful!!! Not only is she the best but so is her staff!!! I feel like they always go above and beyond!!

Recently switched to Mclaughlin because of positive reviews. I loved how kind and accommodating their receptionist was over the phone and in person. I didn't wait long. The PA and nurse were very thorough, taking photos of moles to document any future changes. That was a first for me. Highly recommend.

I had such a positive experience. I did not meet Dr McLaughlin but if her staff is an indication of her then she too will be top notch. Her staff was so personable, friendly and they r definitely an asset to her business. I am glad I chose this facility for my dermatological needs. 👍
