Our first time here today. We ordered an Open Face Root sandwich on sourdough and the Pork Bahn Mi. Food was good and we would eat here again. Only suggestion would be a vegan dessert option. My husband is not vegan but I am. He enjoyed the fruit bar after the Bahn mi, and I was bummed there was nothing I could have. Vegan desserts are hard to find in this town.

What a treasure! We were originally planning to get fast food to save time as we rolled through town on a toad trip but after discovering the Pybus Public Market on Yelp, we quickly reworked our plans. Cafe Columbia was a much healthier alternative to our original plans.
Before diving into my order, I want to give props to the lovely young woman working the counter and offering sweet hospitality. I shared with her my seafood allergy and she was very helpful and thorough in making certain my order was safe. As for COVID safety precautions, all staff were wearing face masks and social distancing

This is a little gem of a restaurant in the Pybus Market. I like it because there is always something that will appeal to my appetite whether I am looking for a lunch with substance, an iced coffee or a sweet treat. I like the Grinder sandwich. It is filled with lots of meat and flavor, and it's large enough to share. I will usually pair it with the salad, to balance it out. I have also ordered the Columbia salad from there, it is filled with apples, feta, pecans and it is a great variety of flavors and textures. They usually have a line, and they know how to work through it. The service is

I love going to Cafe Columbia for coffee and breakfast Saturday mornings. Especially in the summer when I can sit on the back patio and watch the runners, walkers, and bikers using the river loop trail. They… have a fantastic selection of pastries, but I usually opt for a wrap off of the menu. Be prepared to stand in line—it is a popular place.

A motivating and inspirational place to get work done. Staff is extremely approachable, positive, and makes for an even better experience at every visit. Spend most of my time at Cafe Columbia working on my… computer and having business/personal meetings. Great environment no matter what the occasion. I was on my own for lunch so i went to the Pybus Public Market and looked at the choices and Cafe Columbia looked good. I ordered a latte and a tuna melt and sat outside. Soon my latte arrived and it was very smooth and good. My sandwich was good, but now I know that I am not a big fan of Lemon Dill with tuna. My fault. I would go back and their desserts definitely looked great.

Cafe Columbia has good food, excellent service and great prices. This is one of my favorite spots for lunch or breakfast and you can eat healthy or enjoy delicious, house made, fresh daily pastries and desserts. But hurry, if you want to grab something like one of their famous almond croissants, you might miss out if you come in too late.
