This is a great, medium-sized hardware store. The prices of most items are right in line with the big box stores, but the service and attention to your needs is better. Another plus is the out of stock items can mostly be aquired in a day since their distributor is here in Waco. They are also the only game in town for quality hardwoods, but they are not priced like the only choice. Very fair. I suggest always stopping here before visiting any of the Aces in town.

My go to hardware store for sometime now. Prices compare to big box style stores but as others have said, the service at circle hardware cannot be beat. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming as well as super helpful. If they don't have something you need on their shelves it can be ordered in a day or so.

Here's to keeping it local! I went into the store with what I wanted to do, but unsure of how I should do it. What an amazing experience!!!! A great business that survived changing times!
A very courteous Staff! Ive been dealing with Circle Hardware
for over the last 30 year. Since the new owners have taken over
there inventory has increased greatly and prices have become more competitive. You save time for sure then having to deal with the big companies .They get you in and out quickly.

Soon as I stepped in door, a gal down the isle asked what can I help you with. Loved her bubbly, funny and friendly attitude, with every one she came in contact with. Needed an odd size tiny tiny nut, we couldn't find correct nut, so she got someone who could. 1st visit to this little hardware store and I prefer mom and pops, I've got to say this was the quickest and friendliest yet.

All you could ask of a small hardware store, and then some. Customer service is amazing, I was in the store for less than 10 minutes and was asked if I needed help four times. Definitely will go here if I can help it instead of Lowe's. Student discount available here too, not sure if they have veteran discount like Lowe's since I didn't have to ask because of student discount.

Like it. As Michael said.. Much faster than going to lowes or homedepot. Staff is faster and a little more knowledgeable for sure.. Only problem, of course it will be a little more expensive as its a smaller business.. Not as many sizes of plywood either. If you are OK with that, its better than the big stores
