A B O U T M E: I am an LPC Candidate from the University of St. Thomas. My interests in psychotherapy stem from mindfulness practices that include meditation, breathing practices and yoga.
My hope, as a therapist, is to use Eastern medicinal practices combined with Western psychotherapeutic approaches, such as psychoanalysis, existential therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy to incite change and help individuals find balance in their lives.Along with my graduate school training, I work as a yoga instructor for several studios both virtual and in-person.
