Very rude staff and directors. Do not pay attention to the children and constantly downgrade their employees telling them they are to never ask questions when given an order and are not allowed to suggest ideas to better the facility. The directors believe they are perfect and everyone else is shameful or wrong. The kids are forced to themselves without play with other children what so ever. Awful place to have your child in for 8+ hours a day. How lonely they are.

Edit: the owners of the daycare did reach out to me after below review to explain the situation which I appreciate greatly. I think there may be good intentions but we have since found another daycare we love.
Started my son there a few years ago when they opened up a toddler section. The teacher they had for that room did not seem very prepared. My husband took my son in who couldn't walk well yet and she put him in the middle of the floor standing up then walked away from him. He was also bit a few times in a week and we were told they weren't sure which kid did it. Then we were told that teacher

The owners are amazing, the building is always very clean and organized. They have a wonderful Montessori curriculum that isn't just sitting and learning, it gives the children the ability to learn hands on. Mrs. Serena has so many neat activities that she does with the children not to mention how they learn about different countries! All the teachers are so easy to talk to and I know that my children are in good hands.

My son has been at ELCO Child Care for almost 2 years now. This daycare is very clean and reputable across daycares and the community. They work with professionals within the community to help my son grow to his full potential and are open to feedback about the best way to help my son. My son always has a silly story to tell and enjoys sharing about his day in the Montessori classroom with his teachers and friends.
