These guys are on top of their game. They were prompt and professional. Alan was the technician who came out to do the repair, and he was fantastic. Excellent communication throughout, reasonably priced, and they flat-out got the job done. Our a/c cools again!
EDIT: Some of my personal tools were accidently taken by the tech during the last visit several months ago, and the tech ackowledged this. They will not repond to me messages or emails. I simply want them back.

I highly recommend Mr. Air Heating and Air Conditioning . My AC unit went out during the hottest month August. I called Mr. Air and they were hear and installed the next day. They were very professional, the service was great, and the price was the best around. I am not sure why this post didn't show when I posted it back in August but this is a follow up of how pleased I was with the service.

AC was not kicking on....left a voice message around 5:30am. Received a call back around 8:00am when they opened. They had someone out the same day, in less than 2-3 hours. Had the part on hand, made the repair and AC is back to normal. Fast, friendly, and more importantly reliable service!

I’ll start by saying I’m not a huge review writer but I had such a great conversation with this company about an ongoing issue in my home and they were by far one of the most professional companies I have ever spoken to in this field! Wow! You know you’ve done your job right when you speak to a potential customer that you haven’t even done work for and they leave you a review. I was given great recommendations and potential diagnoses of what could be causing the issue based on their experience.
