NO CALL, NO SHOW TWICE
Proctor's came and installed new gutters and wrapped behind them. I liked the work they did, so I asked them to come back and wrap the gables. Cliff, the owner, gave me a price and said he would come back the next Friday. I waited around all day. Left a voicemail and sent a text. The owner, Cliff, never bothered to contact me. My wife got in touch with him, giving him the benefit of the doubt. He never apologized, just said he had other jobs. Cliff told my wife he would be by on that Friday at 8 am. Again, no call, no show.
