This place is a great find. We were walking down the strip and I noticed some awesome socks in their window. I had to have a pair so we went in and did some quick shopping. Fun upbeat atmosphere and the employees working there today were very friendly and helpful. I love it when you find a shop like this who makes you feel welcome.

I really like Toad&Co clothes and am grateful to have this store nearby. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The upstairs outlet takes some digging and can be overwhelming, but if you have the time, it's worth it as the prices are usually much better. I have also found that if I ask the staff for something specific, they are happy to help me look.

While I like many of the Toad&Co styles, I don't recommend going to this store. First of all, it's in an area of outlets. This is not an outlet. Everything I saw was regularly priced.
The real problem for me was despite the fact there were quite a few people working there on a not very busy weekday no one offered me one minute of salesmanship or assistance. No one said hello when I walked in. No one asked me if I needed help. A bunch of wanna be hipsters roamed lethargically about the store doing who knows what. Not much. I tried on a top. I liked it so went to to the register

Problems with keeping stock in
Problems with buttons pulling out of shirt
Customer service, after a series of emails, agreed to let me have half my money back and keep the shirt with bad buttons. I wanted to fix it, great wool shirt but the worst snap buttons. Replaced all the buttons with some Joan fabric specials and love the shirt! When I mentioned I was going to fix it they agreed.

When I saw the sign for this store, I stopped, chuckled, and had to stop in. I known about their products for years, but every time I see the name, I can't help but grin.
One of the outlet stores in Freeport, they sell outdoor clothing for camping, hiking, skiing, or just for casual wear. They have 2 levels, prices are pretty good at this outlet. They have backpacks, and a good selection of Timbuk2 bags on sale. Clothes are of good quality, too. Too bad don't see much of this brand in California.
I had my daughter and her friend with me, and there was stuff in the store to keep
