We recently used Blanchard's for an event to take out clients. I had never rented a limo before but thank goodness it's not rocket science. The driver was on time and very courteous too and Blanchard's upgraded our ride w/o a charge. I would recommend Blanchard's to anyone interested in renting a limo.

The owner is completely disrespectful. While explaining the times that i would need the services, he would repeatedly cut me off mid sentence and told me I was "giving him too many details." I don't plan weddings for a living- I am planning my own; therefore, I would expect someone who provides transportation on a daily basis to be respectful to those of us that do not fully understand the process. I will not use them for my wedding because of the disrespectful demeanor of this owner.

I used Blanchard for transportation to and from my wedding. The interior quality of the shuttle bus was lacking, as one area of the wall had its covering peeling off. We also had a blown fuse that prevented the door from staying shut, which caused the driver to request that someone hold the door shut for the duration of the trip. The side view mirror also was knocked loose as it collided with the toll booth at the Bay Bridge. I brought this matter to the owner's attention afterwards, and he was very unwilling to negotiate any compensation for our inconvenience and safety issues and was generally

My wife, kids and I were on an overseas vacation. We had used Blanchard to bring us to our departing airport and it went great. Our return flights were completely changed due to mechanical issues with the planes. The upshot was we were 7+ hours late and landed at another airport! I called Blanchard from France and gave them the heads-up of the changes. The driver was at the new airport at the new time and made what could have been a very upsetting end to our vacation much, much better! I would highly recommend them!

I used them for a wedding event on the eastern shore and was plagued by communication errors. I felt like the owner did not take the time to listen to our requests or properly organize things. He then tried to place blame on my wife even though she very clearly made our intentions known. The straw to break the camels back was when the driver went to the wrong place to pick people up at the end of the evening.
