Wells Home Improvements has been providing honest and trusted home repairs, remodels, and renovations throughout central Maryland since 1961. We specialize in roofs, gutters, and siding. My grandfather, the late Sammy Wells, started our roofing company in 1961, and my father, the late Michael Wells, started working for my grandfather at the age of 14.
When my grandfather retired in the late 90s, my father took over the company and ran it until he passed away in 2014. From a very young age, I loved to go with my father on different jobs. He taught me everything I know today about installing a roof properly. When my father became sick in 2007, I stepped up and became his foreman, and in the last two years of his life, I took over the duties of marketing, selling, and installing.

Travis and his team did an amazing job tearing my roof off and installing a new roof. When I called, they were a little busy because it rained a lot that week. Travis fit me in for the following week. They had a team of professionals that started super early and finished the same day. Travis came when the job was complete and made sure everything was done to my expectations. Great company with competitive pricing. Would use again. Fantastic job!

I recently hired Wells Home Improvements to replace my roof and gutters. Travis came out to estimate the job, took time to answer all of our questions, and fully explain options for our project. He didn't bat an eye when I asked them to add gutter guards right before the job was to begin. The price was great; his team was fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It is often unsettling when someone works on your home. However, Travis and his team at Wells Home Improvement quickly put our minds at ease. They were punctual, courteous and professional. They completely replaced my roof in a day. And, the quality of work was unmatched. What was most impressive was the clean-up. Other than the new roof, you would have no idea that anyone was there. All debris, including anything that landed in my neighbors’ yards, was removed from the site. Well what can I say, Travis and his crews do amazing work. After all these recent rains we had, part of my flat roof developed a major leak. I contacted Travis at Wells home improvement and told him about what I had going on. The first break in the days of rain we had, one of his guys came by to see what I had going on and to get measurements. That same day I was on the phone with Travis talking about options to repair or replace and what materials would be best. Myself and my entire family has been using Wells Home Improvements for years! I myself have had gutters replaced, roof repairs and installation of a new rubber roof on my home. They are great contractors. Quick to respond, work very professionally and excellent pricing. I would highly recommend them. They responded right away each time I called, came out to survey the work and let me know what would need to be done and then scheduled the repairs within a few days. All repairs were completed when they said they would be and my property was left clean just the way it was before they got there. Great
