if I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to look at a 2013 Subaru and specifically asked if that year had any engine issues and was told by Ryan Finnegan that they had resolved the engine issues by that year. I wanted my mechanic to look at it and they told me I had to put down $500 because he was out of town and couldn't look at it that day. NOWHERE does the receipt say the money was no-refundable nor did he tell me that or I would have never signed anything. He deducted $500 from my account. Within 24 hours I notified them I was not interested as that

I bought my first car from here and I couldn't be happier! Everything lived up to my standards and the staff was very friendly and patient with me, I was treated the same way as I was at any other dealer. Do your own research on a car before you buy it so you're not surprised. This dealership has great prices too, even while the car market has gone to hell. I'll be sure to come back here when I need a new car!

Daughter bought a vehicle here & recommended them. Stopped today to look. They have a nice selection of vehicles. Was nice to be able to walk around and check them out. Liked that we could sit in and inspect without being hounded by sales people. When we're ready to be more serious we'll be going back to consider them.

Be careful with this dealer. My daughter, a first time buyer, was intimidated into accepting a near 13 percent interest rate for the sake of getting a sale. When confronted over the phone, the owner was rude, refused to work with us to fix the problem, and hung up in the middle of the conversation.

If I could, I would give them a negative star! *Buyers beware!* This shady company sells garbage cars! The men in there are absolutely so disgustingly rude, the building is so odd, smells like dirty feet, and they're VERY unprofessional! The cars are all FILTHY it's foul! When the OWNER was called out on how SHADY he and his employees are, he hides. I hope your, " dealership" goes under you pos! Garbage can place! Garbage can people! You're not getting a, " deal" you're getting a LEMON!! I paid 24 grand in cash and the owner feels he isn't responsible

Some of the worst communication skills I've encountered in any company since Comcast. Spoke to the sales rep on Monday afternoon, told him I would be down Wed morning to make the deal we had talked about only three weeks prior, or renegotiate if need be. Asked if I could put money down to hold the vehicle, as a down payment. He said "No need to worry, its only a day & you'll be fine. On my forty minute drive down to the dealership Wed morning, I happened to check my email & found a message saying he had sold the car to someone else. Not a call. Not a consideration. No

I would stay away if you have to call and schedule a test drive. I made an appointment today at 5:30 to test drive a vehicle - I was told that would be fine. I was also asked to fill out a pre-approval application to expedite the process. I left work early, battled an hour-long traffic jam from Minneapolis to Farmington, and still arrived 20 minutes early. When I announced myself and pointed out the car I asked to test drive, I was told by a man that mumbled (I'm deaf so this posed a problem) that it was sold 10 minutes prior. Not only did they not honor my appointment, they never called to
