We were looking to move from Denver to Sarasota, and asked trusted friends in the Sarasota area for a good realtor, and they came up with Barry Bright - the owner and broker for Bright Realty.
Barry was everything that we could look for in a real estate agent. Before we even came out, he spent time with us on the phone and sent us listings to get an idea of what we wanted - and eliminate what we didn't want. We listed our home For Sale in North Port, with Cheryl Wiedwald because we had worked with her previously in another location. Apparently, she moved from one Broker to this new Broker and did not disclose this before the in person meeting to sign documents. I had questions about some items on the Listing Form and she wasn't able to respond stating, "oh, these are new forms because I'm with a new broker, so I don't know the answers." I'll give her the fact the pandemic "shelter in place" started shortly after the listing however, Cheryl Wiedwald was never very positive or upbeat. Really, that is

Dealt with Craig very rude on the phone because the situation to have an Escalade into an argument there was foul language Craig will not convey my offer told me flat out that he would not. When I asked him to to speak with somebody else in the office he flat out said no and that I should contact somebody else for the sale if I wanna deal. I am a cash buyer I can gladly show you references and bank accounts but still Craig does not want to convey my offer. He didn’t questions my integrity of being a realtor myself. Brayan Paz Paz was a "lovely realtor" who schedule a private showing request for his "sight seeing" buyer. They walked into 900,000 home, opened the most cabinets, promise leave a feedback then they fell their face off earth. We reached out to him couple time to see if his buyer interest and he completely silent. Unprofessional. Owners and seller's agents please be aware of this guy. Also Brayan please next time if you have "not serious buyer" or "unapproved buyer" you can bring them to open house instead schedule private showing like this. You wasted
