Great staff that is super helpful and knowledgable. The selection that is packed into RMS is mostly all you could need. Appreciate the support for local youth programs and the motorsports community.

So far I'm very very happy with the service and parts desk the staff included a very new guy that was nervous...I was to ...but the veteran grey beards were patient and knowledgeable and assured me that I would receive the right stuff ....and I did.....I Browsed the isles and let me say this.....stop by even if you don't ride they have some very cool and affordable items....I may be going to talk to the salesman next but must see that I'm financially able .... fingers crossed for a big review

Always great, helpful and knowledgeable. I've used their service department for my dirt bikes and bought in their retail store. Highly recommend them.

Gave them a Yamaha carb to rebuild. Didn’t rebuild anything… might have changed main gaskets. Probably just a miscommunication on what a full rebuild is… Costs $300 and a month of riding. To get a couple gaskets changed you can easily do this yourself for 40$ in parts. Got my carb back still leaking fuel out of the bottom. And the top..

Went in to drop off a tire to change out and not only did they have a good selection of tires available, the prices were great and they changed it while I waited. They are the first place we usually stop when we need riding gear or maint. supplies.

I go there to feel like a kid again. When all I needed was an old helmet a pair of jeans, and my Dads work gloves to ride in the woods. They have fun gear, vintage display bikes, with a real great owner that runs a great shop. I find time for them cause they find time for me.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but I guess they get at least one for having horrible customer service... I don't know how they continue to treat people badly and stay open. They lie every time they open their mouth... I wouldn't but anything from this place.... I had a horrendous experience with my motorcycle needs, and when I asked to speak with the owner, after giving the manager a chance to rectify my bad experience, he said the owner never sees customers personally... What a crock.

I loaded up my truck and drove all the way up to pick up a bike that we had discussed purchasing the day before, and when I called to notify them that I was arriving, they told me that they had sold it already and were extremely disrespectful

Credit card fraud. Stay away. I don't want to get into details right now. I'm taking all of my business elsewhere and telling all my friends.

Horrible place, total rip off. Dennis the owner who apparently used to be a pro obviously thinks he's still the cats meow the way he struts around the place. Walks around acting like he's so proud of himself. He told me he'd take care of me when I explained how the battery I just bought from Summit had failed and then charged me 800 bucks for a new battery and two tires on my Harley. And then the supposed better quality battery didn't last at all. This was summertime when riding regularly but even put it on the battery tender just to be safe and it still wouldn't hold a

Great local shop. Friendly staff, who actually ride. Tire changes while you wait. If you need anything to get your bike going for the weekend, or need advice on where to go riding these guys are a great resource

OK...I see there are a bunch of reviews thata run the gamut of good to bad.

I will say that my experience was exceptional. I rolled into town after crossing the country, and I needed new tires... the old ones were going to last maybe another thousand miles and then they were done.

These guys took the bike in right then, and put new tires (tires that I wanted, not just any old tires...) on without any problems. They had it done in two hours, which is incredible in a town where most of the motorcycle shops are closed on Monday!

The prices were exactly what I expected them to be as well.

I did

I took my bike in and the estimate was $1000. When I picked it up I was told it was $1277 and paid. I got home and they did poor work. The front suspension was a mess. I could hardly turn the bike The lights didn't work. The kill switch didn't work. I took it back and they were defensive and rude. They blamed me for their mistakes and charged me to correct their poor work I hate this place and will never return.

Well I can't find my past reviews but they were old. So 1st Eric S. you brought your bike in to have your "AIR FILTER CLEANED (?) Geez man that's rider maintenance! Always!
These guys are top notch folks! All of them! I've never had a bit of trouble with any thing except once I bought a new roost protector and when I got home it didn't have all the straps and screws to make it fit correctly so I wen't back to the store and they exchanged it right away.
As always a customer needs to have a positive attitude when dealing with bike shops, it makes the visit more fun

THREE TIMES NOW I got a flat right after they installed a tire, from the valve stem, FROM NOT ALIGNING THE STEM WHEN MOUNTING. This is tire 101 people, and they have screwed it up repeatedly.

Also, when you are quoted over the phone you are given a different price when you get there.

It's my own fault for giving my business to these guys after the experiences I had before, but I hate driving all the way to Michaels. Guess I have to make the switch, since their parts guys are way less rude and the service dept does things RIGHT.

Wow, wow, wow. This place--what a debacle! My husband and I are avid riders and have often found ourselves at RMS on the hunt for parts for our bikes. Each time (and this is NOT an exaggeration!) we've placed a parts order, they've insourced the incorrect parts.

This last time, though, was the straw that broke the camel's back--not only did they order the wrong parts ONCE, but TWICE! In two days!! I'm sorry, but as much as I'd like to support local businesses (as opposed to just hopping on the internet, ordering them directly myself, and avoiding any outside interaction
