Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service has been serving the Marion, Gas City, and Swayzee area communities for many years. We're thankful to be an important part of this community and will continue our longstanding legacy of helping families honor their loved ones.
L.C. Frank established the L.C. Frank Funeral Home in the east portion of the Avalon Hotel at 310 East Main Street in Gas City in 1892, and Mr. O.H. Jay joined Mr. Frank as a partner of the business in 1933.The firm then became known as the Frank, Jay Funeral Home. In 1936, Frank and Jay purchased the property at 400 East Main Street, which was the original Gas City Land Company office.

The folks at Needham Storey were extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. They walked us thru everything. My Mother had preplanned her funeral, right down to the casket color years before. Jason covered every detail with us and made sure everything went smoothly from the service to the cemetery. Thank you so much.

I would like to express my gratitude to all of the employees whom handled my mother's funeral arrangements from beginning to the finale moments , for all their kindness and such a wonderful job in all the details to make it a beautiful service for my mothers finale day here on earth , even to helping family through such a time of sorrow to make us feel as if they to was part of our family , even to remembering me days later to make a phone call just to see how I was doing . Jason and the crew helped me with my Mom's homegoing. From the start, they were on top of things as I was hours away. By the time I arrived in Marion, everything was taken care of or in the process of being taken care of, so I didn't have to worry about any last minute things. Jason is awesome, and I HIGHLY recommend Needham as a partner for your loved one's funeral arrangements!
