I placed a group order for two shirt designs in October for my Sorority. I still haven't received the shirts. They told me on three separate occasions that the shirts had shipped (in October, around Thanksgiving, and again on New Year's Eve). I reached out multiple times via phone and email to get updates on the order...the majority of the time I wouldn't hear back. One the few occasions I did get someone on the phone, I was told I needed to speak to Marvin or I would be placed on an extended hold and then hung up on. When I would talk to Marvin, he would tell me he would follow back up with me
