Mr howell was contacted to do work at our home at 3500 LOmbard Street . We met with Mr howel twice to obtain estimate to send to our insurance compnay for approval. After meeting with him twice we followed up several times and he told us he was working on it the estimate. We then even turned his information over to our insurance company to contatc him direct . He never returned any calls and never supplied any bids. He dragged it out so long we were almost canceled fromt he insurance paying for the damage to our house. We had to soecifcially request and extension and start all over. They just

Howell and Son came to visit my home to provide an estimate to repair interior and exterior damage to my home in the wake of Superstorm Sandy. At first, they were very responsive, and provided a detialed estimate. They indicated they wanted the work. However, that was where the responsiveness ended. Over a period of weeks, phone calls, emails and texts to the company were ignored. It was bizarre. My take is don't waste your time dealing with these unprofessional hacks. They'll just waste your time, and if they were doing so at the estimate stage, I shudder to think how much aggravation
