Just say no to being dispatched 3rd party after their customer let them know that they didn't need services anymore ttn never contacted me or never let me know anything and left me high and dry and did not pay for my services.

Called out at 4:41 am to a Volvo tractor with a thrown belt with very little info other than it was a Volvo tractor in Brunswick near 95 and Millennium rd asked for driver contact so we could get more info Lisa @ TTN said she would send the info in a text 30 mins into the route still no driver contact info called and spoke with tony who said he would have Lisa call me back once my technician reached the area the truck was supposed to be at exactly 6:10 am I called TTN again and spoke with Chris this time gave him the work order # and asked if he would give me the driver contact he said “I see

When I first met the owner of TTN, he stated "This will be the last job you will ever have to look for". He made you feel that from the moment you met him. Going on 7 years, TTN has grown tremendously not only in staffing but clients and the number of serviced units out on the roads. Employee benefits, insurance, paid time off, scheduling, training, and not to mention the opportunities for growth/advancement all availabe to everyone. TTN was ready at a moments notice to support the employees, clients and providers when Covid struck. They have remained a leader for supporting those same groups.

United van lines uses this company for breakdown assistance, I waited 35 minutes on hold after prompt has your select new or existing breakdown , your selections are 1 or 2 , and know one ever answered phone. Very poor service anytime I’ve had to use them. If your broke down need help , if you have other options go with one of those , avoid this company like the plague.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
My driver was broken down in the middle of nowhere (Sugar City, CO) with no cell service. TTN was contracted through Michelin OnCall to secure a road service for my driver on Monday 5/10 in the evening. On the initial phone call, I told them that this towing was for a tractor AND trailer. I had also told them to tow the truck as an absolute LAST RESORT and to diagnose the issue and call me PRIOR to towing the vehicle away. When the tow truck arrived, the driver didn't bother inspecting anything on my truck and hooked up right away upon arrival. I wasn't informed that

Call out in middle of rain to repair truck. As third party providers we value our response time. We complete most jobs in a hour for $215 . TTN fleet solutions likes to add a large fee to bill and then won’t pay the road service providers without a major hassle. Please don’t use this breakdown service

Terrible service. Incompetent agents when you call. Right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. I don’t know how they’ve weaseled their way into this industry but they’ve convinced trucking companies that they’re needed when all they do is complicate situations and often make them worse. Do not let this company trick you!

I wish I could give them a negatives score. It would be -100. DO NOT USE. I rarely leave reviews but had to for this. This service is completely useless. They will not give you any information until they charge your their service fee of $65. Make it seems as if they have so much to offer when it's not true. I called for assistance with getting a tow company. It took them 35 minutes to get back to me with the first offer. The offer was ridiculous and at least 20% more than I received calling around myself. I got frustrated as they did not call me back for an hour after I refused that first offer
