Installed our gutters a year ago and added a downspout on the front of our house. Now during every hard rain our basement floods. I have called numerous times and only talked to him once. His voice mailbox is always full. He said to text him what I need to get worked on. I have continued to call and text for over a month and try to let him fix it since he installed it. I will now have to find somebody else because I can't let me basement flood anymore.

I literally called 8 numbers before anyone responded with reasonable prices. One had a five week waiting list. J&M came out the next week and replaced all the gutters around my house at a fair price. They also removed a birds nest from one of my corbels, and helped me change my flat tire. I really appreciate them.

John installed a new gutter in November 2020 to solve an issue we were having. Water now runs behind the gutter and comes out underneath. I've been contacting him since December and he has come back once and did some caulking which did not solve the problem. Now blames it on the roof but our neighbors have the same roof design and theirs works fine. Would not recommend because he does not honor his one year warranty.

I have to give John a poor review. They installed all new gutters on my 3300 sq ft house. There are three problem areas and I can’t John (the owner) to come fix them. Water is stagnating in one corner because it’s not slanted correctly (it will eventually rust and leak). Another corner is leaking at joint due to the same issue. John also incorrectly installed a small flashing on the roof, causing water to pool on the shingle ( this will eventually leak). I’ve communicated via text many times. I have a long text chain with John over a 4 month period. Every initial response is “who is this”
