A short recap again, Tommy Tucker Realty Co. was founded in 1958 by IL (Tommy) Tucker. Over the course of 50 years, our company has provided services in both single-family and multi-family rental housing. In 1969, Tucker acquired Professional Management Associates Co., which has served as Tucker's property management division over the years under Tommy.

Certified Mail to notify of eviction under Iowa code 562A.29A(2) - (Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Law) - has been deemed unconstitutional by the Iowa Supreme Court (War Eagle Village Apartments vs. Plummer).Effective immediately landlords should follow other methods "reasonably calculated" to reach the intended recipients.

Schedule these inspections sooner rather then later! Sellers and Buyers may negotiate for both the inspection cost and for any repair or replacement costs. Note: if the system is inspected and it is found to be defective in anyway, it will need to meet current code even if the property transfers or not.

I have been using the Tommy Tucker Realty as property managers for 6 years now. Robin Tucker, is the manager. He has done a good job keeping the property maintained and filled. He also does an excellent job of vetting the renters. We have not had a single missed payment in the six years. Eventually we will sell the place, and would have no hesitation listing the property
