We sell and install softener systems that filter, soften, and clarify your water. It reduces sand, sediment and pipe scale that can accumulate in any municipal or well water system.
Water Medic is proud to offer a variety of weekly pool service plans for residential properties. We have CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified pool technicians. The NSPF Certified Pool/Spa Operator (CPO) Certification program is the world's leading verifiable pool and spa training credential. In addition to weekly service, we also have a dedicated staff of pool repair technicians.
Pool water must be tested weekly to insure the water is safe to swim and does not contain viruses or bacteria. Adding chlorine tablets each week, without testing the water first, will cause the pool chemistry to have too much stabilizer and become acidic. Therefore, weekly chemical testing is necessary, and tablets are used on an "as needed" basis.
It takes regular maintenance and knowledge of water chemistry and pool functions to keep a pool clean and free of issues. Without regular chemical analysis and cleaning, it will soon become unpleasant and unhealthy to use. Regular maintenance can help keep your pool clear and free of algae, rust, and debris, improving its operation and energy efficiency, not to mention its safety.

We moved to Cape Coral in October of 2020, and “inherited” Water Medic with our rather large and complex pool and hot tub system. We have been nothing shy of very pleased and impressed with our service from WM. They have stayed on top of keeping the equipment serviced and maintained, upgraded parts to the systems as needed, and have always been extremely responsive to our needs. Just before Christmas in, Cape Coral, my pool pump failed. My supplier of the last twenty years told me they could not come out until January 4th and if a new pump were to be required it might be a month to get it in. We had rented our home out over Christmas to a family who's main interest was our pool. In desperation I went to Google and found Water Medic. I mainly dealt with Justin but Dustin at the office was very helpful too. They coordinated well and got a new pump in within two days, the day our guests were arriving. I contacted Water Medic to go out to 3 rental duplex units that I manage in Lehigh Acres. From the first property to the last, the technician Colt, called me to give me play by play assessment of each system as he was there. He was very thorough as well as pleasant to talk to and very professional. The offered free estimates for all 3 properties, and a very clear explanation of their services. Water Medic has provided superior service for the last 7 years from pool cleaning to equipment repairs/replacements. They are always prompt and professional and take the time to provide technical explanations understandable to a lay person. Matt, who services our pool, is always courteous. He points out and explains any pool concerns and follows up with management/technicians to address and fix the problems. Justin, pool department manager, went above and beyond to replace our pool heater that died in the worst opportune time. Thank you Water Medic for all you do.

I want to thank Water Medic of Cape Coral for the wonderful service. My wife and I have been with Water Medic for a year and a half; they service our R/0 system and our pool. After recently moving to the area and renting a home in Cape Coral with a well, I was unaware of the upkeep of it. I was not educated in what needed to he done on a regular basis and was a little overwhelmed. I called Water Medic and asked for someone to come out and go over what was involved and I had the pleasure of meeting Colt Adams the Master technician who spent time explaining everything. He is an exceptional technician who loves his job and it shows. Very happy with the service Water medic offers and the knowledge he shared.
