Update: After I posted this review, the owner of the company, Jason, contacted me to make things right. I was a little hesitant about rehashing things with him but I shouldn't have been! I was very impressed with how respectfully he approached what happened and the steps he was going to take to fix the situation. Besides addressing this issue with the guys who did the initial staining, he had another team come out to finish the job. The level of professionalism and quality of work was great. I had a great experience with HOA and Mike Reynolds, the foreman, and Bob (?). They were at my house for 10 days to remove dry rot and replace siding. Mike quickly discovered that my entire deck also needed to be replaced as the two main supports holding it up were put directly into the ground and were rotting. In addition the deck was insufficiently attached to the house, so it was dangerous. They were both very helpful answering my questions, hard working, and cleaned up the area next to my house every night!! They were so professional and great at everything they did for us, they can cover a wide range of expertise and have all the equipment to get any job done. I cant say enough on how well they treated me while getting the jobs done, i have used a lot of company's that only offered half of what HOA offers and the work the other company's did was cheap and they cut corners to save money and the treatment was not the best. i cant say enough about HOA and i will support them and there work to anyone that ask. i think more people need to see all the great things i saw and now how great everything looks
