Owner and president, Charles Levine founded the catering company in 1985. A business school graduate of the University of Maryland, Charles Levine fell madly in love with food and entertainment while working at the Pimlico Hotel Restaurant & Caterers. He was General Manager of the organization and Director of Catering for Baltimore's Landmark Restaurant from 1976 to 1984.
