Water dripping on ceiling from Attic, secondary drain pan full and water dripping from secondary outlet. Phil checked AC condenser and found blown capacitor replaced and also added refrigerant. He charged $120 for a capacitor (reg price $25-30) and $160 for 4 gallons of 410A refrigerant (reg price $5 per gallon). One week later we still find water overflowing through the secondary outlet. Now they want to charge another $150 to just come down and check.
We paid close to $500 including parts and labor.
Rip-off, pls ask for the cost of the parts before they bill you, may be get a second opinion

Our A/C was having issues and we had tried to use YouTube to see if we could fix this on our own. No luck. We called this guy and he showed up on the same day and on time! Wow! When he arrived, he was super friendly and listened to our A/C issues. After a few minutes he was able to trouble shoot the issue and gave us an honest recommendation that didn't require us to shell out a brand new A/C unit for thousands of dollars. I used Bartlett in the past and was very happy with the cost and result. This time was no different either. My furnace was short cycling and I suspected it was partly due to my Nest thermostat. Do a search on the internet on nest short cycling and you will see what I mean. Phil found a few things wrong which he suspected may haVe contributed to the problem and fixed them. Price was reasonable and to top it off, Phil is a prettY cool guy.

These folks are fantastic, and I wouldn't call anyone else. Mary, who staffs the phone, is super personable. Phil, who did the job, is honest and knows his stuff. He won't try to upsell you on work or equipment you don't need. A house call, two excellent brand new digital thermostats, and installation came to only about $300. Quality work, reasonable prices, and integrity. What more could you want?

Phil and his crew performed an install at my rental property a few years back and did a fantastic job. The AC unit at my main property blew out right before the summer heat wave. I called 3 x AC vendors for quotes and Phil still came in with the best price. Since I've worked with Phil in the past, so I decided to go with him for the job.
Phil and his team came on the morning of the install on time. One thing the I really appreciated was that I had a 7 month old at home that needed his mid morning nap. Phil was able to pause work for 1+ hour to limit the noise and let my little one nap

A great experience from start to finish. I was quoted a reasonable price, the parts came in sooner than expected, my heater was working within a couple of weeks.
Phil and Cody were both very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable.

A year later, I called them to inspect my furnace as I thought it was no longer heating. The brother (the one with a loud voice who claims 30 years of experience) came, did not run any diagnostics but claimed I should replace my furnace. I did not follow his advice. 3 months later, the furnace is still working fine. So, beware.

These guys are great! Our heater needed a check-up - as it had been many many years. Called on Saturday and got a call Monday morning - came out Tuesday morning. Phil (the owner) came to our home. He's a really nice guy and helpful in answering all our questions. He also took some extra time to help us figure out how to set-up our gas fireplace so that it's easy to use. (This wasn't even part of the service call). They also installed our air conditioner (6 years ago) and did a great job! It works great and have had no problems!

These guys are great! They replaced the furnace and a/c today in my apartment. They were on time and they had great communication with me the entire time they were here. They made sure to lay down cloths on my light colored carpet so it wouldn’t get dirty and I appreciate that they did. They made sure both my furnace and a/c were working properly before they left. I enjoyed working with them and will recommend their company to my friends/family.

They charged for a repair and the heater stopped working as soon as they left. They refused to come back to investigate the problem but insisted I pay the bill. A company employee (female) called me on the phone and said "you pay me now or I will sue you and put a lien on your house!" Then she hung up on me. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. Usually people stand behind their work but not this company.

I chose Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning after getting quotes from several other vendors. Bartlett was by far the most competitive.
We had just bought our house and it didn't have central A/C but it did have central heat, albeit the furnace being really old. The installation was going to be challenging since the furnace was in the garage and there wasn't a really great place to put the unit (it would have required a really long run of the line set). Also there wasn't a lot of space for a rebuild of the plenum. Most of the other vendors complained and bellyached about this but Phil and Mike

Just had Phil and Mike out to repair my A/C. Super nice guys, were very up-front with what was going on and had my unit working again in thirty minutes. Gave me some pointers on how to keep the system operating as its best and were on their way. At no point in time did they try to up-sell me or tell me my unit wasn't good enough (even if it did have some spiders in it).
Thanks for the super timely response guys. I'm definitely calling you again when I need service or the spiders do finally take over the unit.

Not one time, did they cancel on me, or not show up.
They set me up with a 2 stage 90% efficiency heating/ac system and it is a great system and save A LOT of money.
