Ken and his son are an amazing team. They worked quickly and efficiently to install a new a/c unit in my house when mine broke in the middle of the summer. They were extremely personable and patient with the fact that my children wanted to ask them a million questions about what they were doing. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service.
