Jeffrey Selzer handles my wife and my will, my step father's estate and my Mom's trust. He is so patient in explaining everything to all of us and works so patiently with my Mom. He keeps up with changing laws and lets us know if there are any changes that should be made. Jeffrey is always working in the community beyond his job as a lawyer and is well loved and respected.

I am a local realtor and Jeff handled the estate of a recent sales transaction where I represented the seller/estate. Jeff's expertise allowed for a seamless transaction. All legal matters were handled in a timely manner, which allowed for an on-time closing. If there were ever any questions, Jeff was very responsive and always communicated in terms that were easy to understand. Broken, unresponsive, yet knowledgeable. (Similar to Rickey Marino's review.) 4/19/21 paid $900 nonrefundable 50% deposit. Met in Jeff's office 6/23/21 to go over Trust errors and he was to email me revised documents within couple days.
Subsequently I called 2 weeks later on 7/8/21, and then again on 7/15/21 to remind Jeff. Jeff left me a voicemail later 7/15/21 saying he would send the documents the next day. Again, nothing was sent.
12/13/21 6 months later, I never received Trust revisions, nor have they ever contacted me again (yet I paid $900). I gave up, went back to my trusted

Used him for my trust, power of attorney, and surrogate documents. The first consultation was very interesting, as for his communication skills were Poor. His demeanor was obnoxious and disgusting. Years ago I worked with another attorney in the area and he began to badmouth this attorney beyond belief. He said the attorney, set me up in the paperwork for complete control of my estate when I die,. Say the least, I was shocked. Mr. Sellzer has what I call the syndrome," Mouth flaps faster than brain". And he truly is not ethical or trustworthy. My comment is to avoid this vicious person
