Best workout ever! Cannot believe people aren't really familiar with piloxing. My first class was with Viveca, the founder, and I got hooked! You get your cardio, strength training, core work, and abs and butt! !! All during one hour fun, super fast paced class, which is a mix of boxing, pilates, and dance, taught in intervals! !! I recommend it to everyone! There are different instructors every day, so try for yourself!
