Selective and discriminate service. Hopefully you fit their profile when you attempt to drop stuff off or they will say they can't accommodate. They pick and choose at will. We attempted to drop off residential construction debris and were told they couldn't accommodate us. However, they did accommodate other residential drop off while we were there. Individual at the window was unpleasant to say the least.
