Our current partners, Tom Madsen, Diana Weddigen, and Sam Mulvihill, have a combined 40+ years of experience in public accounting.

Tom joined the firm out of college in 2000 and became a shareholder in 2007. His experience is in both audit and tax, with a focus in small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He performs engagement and system reviews for small CPA firms in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and Japanese studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.

This was our first year using Tom to do our taxes. Wow, we are super impressed. He walked through everything step by step for 2019 and we are confident we will not pay into the IRS next year. The biggest thing....Tom looked at our taxes filed from last year and noticed a big error that was made from our former accountant. Tom is refiling 2018 for us because we are owed $10,000! No more searching for a knowledgeable accountant, we have found him!.
