Lawson Event Rentals, founded by Cassy Lawson, is a family-owned event rental company in Dallas, TX. We have over a decade of experience in the event industry and we thrive on investing in personal relationships with others in the industry. We maintain a tight-knit team of dedicated employees so that we can offer you exceptional customer service for a reasonable price.

There is insufficient free space left in your storage allocation. Additionally, a 507 Insufficient Storage error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
We look forward to serving your rental needs. The items you request are reserved upon receipt of a signed rental contract and a 50% deposit. The balance is due prior to delivery as indicated on the invoice we will provide. A 12% damage waiver is added to rental contracts and covers accidental damage from normal usage.

Lawson Event Rentals provided a stage with stairs for our wedding ceremony, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They ended up having the most reasonable pricing in the area, no haggling or silly fees. Would recommend Lawson to anybody looking for prompt, professional and well-priced event rental services.

Lawson did an incredible job with all of our wedding rentals. They had everything we needed and more and worked hard to make our vision come to life. They even scouted out our venue before the wedding to make sure they had everything needed for the lighting setup, stage and dance floor. They worked hard the day-of and truly went above and beyond for us. Everything looked so beautiful and they made the process seamless. Cassy was a dream to work with - kind, competent and extremely detailed. We are so thankful for Lawson and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I chose to use Lawson Event Rentals for my wedding rentals after looking around at the other companies here in Dallas. Lawson Event Rentals had the best prices by far and everything looked great! They were very easy to work with and always on top of everything. If you want great rentals and not have to spend a lot of money, this is definitely the place to go!

I found Lawson Rentals while searching Google. We hosted a Cookie Decorating party at our home and needed some last minute table and chairs. Lawson rentals had the best price of all the places I called and great customer service. We were able to pick up the tables and chairs ourselves and their return/pickup was easy.
