My husband and I bought our first home this year and we couldn't be happier with Beth. She was so thorough and patient with us as we navigated this multi-layered process. Nice enough people, crap security.
We went with PRM at the advice of our real estate agent. I wish we had shopped around more. Everyone at PRM was very friendly, but their method of verifying assets is frighteningly unsafe. Further research after our mortgage process indicated that their method is actually becoming industry standard, but that does not make it any less insecure or unsafe. Shame on PRM for choosing to participate in an unsafe and insecure practice, and for not fully informing their customers of the risks.

Beth and her team exceeded our expectations in every way. We were simultaneously selling our home in San Diego and buying our new place in Portland. Tim and the team at PRM exceeded our expectations and raised the bar from our previous home buying experiences with other lenders. Buying a house when you're self employed can be a real challenge, they not only worked to understand our non-traditional financials but they kept us qualified for over a year while we waited to find the perfect house. Finally, when the time came to buy, they had a whole team of wonderful and responsive people working on our case; updating us every step of the way. I only wish we had more friends buying houses right now to recommend them personally!

Except now. Just signed closing papers on a very challenging real estate transaction. A bit of business that went on way too long. Many lenders would not have taken taken it on. The Ready Group not only made it happen but remained good spirited, creative and focused until the job was finished. My first word is thank you. My second word is pride as in good job to all who made it happen. My closing word is relief and Thank you again to the entire team who made it happen.

Timm, Sonja and the team were excellent to work with. They kept a clear and consistent line of communication with us during the entire time. I had a great experience working with Anette and her associates, Melair and Lynna. Anette is some kind of superhero. She definitely has a mission in life to take care of her clients! Throughout my journey of finding a home and figuring out what was what with loan approval and all related matters, Anette was right there on the case with me, practically holding my hand, often responding to my emails late at night within minutes !! In fact, I even joked with her that if I ever felt depressed at 3 a.m., I knew she'd be the person to call!

Tim McBratney, Chad Stratton, and Holly LeBeck have been the total "Dream Team" in pulling together a refinance on my home. They really made this process easier than I thought it would be. Wow! Just closed on my house and it was so EASY! Tim and 'Team McBratney' are the best! I just bought my first home and this team made what should have been a stressful and labor intensive process a breeze. Seriously, buying my car was harder than closing on this home.

Emily O'Donnell and her staff were truly fantastic in helping us refinance our home. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and look at all avenues to help us get as good a rate as possible and helped us right through the process to make it as smooth as possible. Our 10 year interest only loan was about to expire and our payments were going to go up immensely. She helped us refinance and we are now in a fixed rate, low percentage loan that means the house will work for us instead and we are paying less than before. There is no question that we will be recommending her to friends and colleagues
