Clint is always very helpful and friendly. Every time I go in for service, which is quite regularly for tires. Him and Angela always go out of there way to get me in and out, and not keep me standing there waiting. I bring them the wheel, I buy the tire there, they mount and balance it for free, which saves me $70 dollars each time a tire.

Sales person person today had 0 interest in helping us! low ball offer on my bike with 500 miles without even walking outside to look at it then said it is what it is take it or leave it. Gave me a print out that showed what he offered was rough trade in on a bike without a blemish. (That they just serviced and tuned up a few weeks ago)I would not recommend dealing with them ill make the drive to deal with another dealership...

Bought a candy bar in their vending machine that expired in 2018. Gross? They gave me my money back but then the next thing I bought expired earlier this year. So I got my money back again and decided to wait. Service was good but while I waited no one ever came and took out the expired food so would not recommend you use their vending machines.

When initially ordering, I was happy with the customer service. They were fairly responsive on keeping me up to date on the expected delivery of the Honda 700 Side-by-side I ordered. They also held it for me until I could pick it up (I was out of town when it came in). However, upon pickup I realized it didn't come with any door coverings, windshield or a roof covering. Guess it's my fault as the model shown to us had all of that and I didn't ask just assumed it all came with it. This is the only Honda dealership in Springfield so you don't get a lot of options here for bike shopping. If you stop here there aren't any real options for bikes either unless you're into sports bikes. They had a lot of Metropolitan scooters to be had, and quite a few CBR's. For cruisers it's really nada, zilch, zero. They had about four Rebels, all under five hundred cc's. And they had three or four of the huge Golf Wings, which are just monsters. But no Rebel 1100's, Furies or Aero's. So if you're looking for an intermediate bike you'll have

Let me start by saying what a great dealer! Very professional friendly staff, very clean and well organized. I bought my first bike from them (a 2021 Honda CRF300L Rally) and I have to say the experience from the start to end was fantastic. My salesman nick ordered my bike for me end of July and during these times of covid it arrived September 24th which was great compared to some other dealers that took 5-7 months. Nick and Clint both helped me get riding today and overall I am very happy about this entire experience. I will definitely give them my business again.

Was a very easy process with Honda of the Ozarks. This was my first bike and I felt like I was being treated fairly. Price was the best in the entire Midwest US so I drove from Texas to pick up this Rebel 500.

A beautiful facility with friendly, not pushy, sales staff. The motorcycle market is a bit of a mess right now. The used inventory was pretty light and almost all big baggers. The new inventory was even lighter. Only 3 Honda Rebels on the whole floor that weren't already sold and they were the small 300's. I didn't see a single Shadow for sale. We were told that there is a waiting list on the Rebel 500. I might have bought one today, If they had any inventory.

This was the most pleasurable buying experience of anything I've ever purchased. My salesman, Corey, made it the easiest experience. He is a very knowledgeable guy. Parts department and finance departments are just as amazing!
The store is exceptionally clean and organized as well. Great place, great people, and I highly recommend them. I live in Alabama and bought from here because everyone in between is second rate.

Gary King, salesperson, was very patient with me as I wavered between two ATV choices. He answered all my questions and helped me make the decision that was a good fit for my ATV needs.
Steve Comis in the service dept answered all my maintenance questions/concerns. As this was my first ATV, I had several.
Jeff in finance was the first F & I person I have worked with who did not try to sell me services/extended warranties I did not need. I appreciate his recognizing that it would have been futile

Very disappointed. TERRIBLE customer service. Received a set of fog lights which arrived without the mounting brackets. I emailed. No response. The next day I called and talked to someone and was told they'd email a return label. Waited a couple days. Nothing. Called again. Got a different person. He said to email him the info. Emailed him on 8/29. Nothing. Emailed back on 8/31. Finally got an email reply on 9/1 saying they'd check on it. Nothing. Called back later on 9/1. Talked to a different person who said he'd email the return label. It's taken six days to get a return

The employees at HOTO are the best! I called a lot of dealerships looking for my first bike (37 year old who hasn't rode in 20 years) from my first visit they treated me like family. I wasn't sure what I wanted, they weren't pushy and not once did they try and sell me anything. After a few week I decided on a new Honda rebel 500, I started this journey with Dwight, had took a lot of time and had a lot of patience answering all my questions about the bike I had chosen. On purchase day everything was ready, the new bike looked great. From beginning to end it was a wonderful great experience

I went to this dealer for some parts as we were traveling across the country. One of THEIR COMPETITORS told me to go there after they could not help. This shop is brand new with tons of stock. Very clean and relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful and cool. We were interested in a throttle lock or "cruise control". They had exactly what we needed and we proceeded to recommend some other items for our road ahead. I would even just make this a stop to rest on your trip because they have refreshments and a comfortable waiting area...and chilly air conditioning! Visit these guys!

I was passing threw during a motorcycle trip and saw the store and decided to drop in. Best decision of the day. The salesmen were all very helpful and not pushy like other places. The salesmen that helped suggested a couple things that would make my ride more comfortable and he was right. They also suggested some spots to check out on my way down Route 66. One of which I am currently dining at!

I was in contact with Dwight M. in sales about a motorcycle that I was interested in buying. I asked him to send me pictures since I would need to drive 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday and wanted to make sure it was worth it. The pictures were not very clear so I made sure to ask a few questions.... My email specifically asked "are there any other scratches or dings besides the front fender?" to which he replied "not that I see" to which I replied "thanks! just making sure since I will be driving 2 1/2 hours." Although I was leary about dealerships and salesman after an unbelievably horrible experience at UNreliable chevrolet, I came in to HOTO to look over their selection of used bikes. I was hoping to find a VTX 1300 and I did. I was first greeted by Tom from the financing department as he was returning to his office near the used bikes. He wasn't encouraging me to purchase a bike, he just wanted to make me feel welcomed. Although he was busy, he took a few minutes to say hi and made me feel welcomed
