Services
Walter and Cynthia Ballena, known as Mr. Walter and Ms. Cindy, are the owners. Cynthia is the Director and member of the Antelope Valley Daycare Association. After moving from the San Fernando Valley to the Antelope Valley, the Ballenas wanted to own a house, settle in with their only son and adopt a baby girl; for medical reasons, Ms. Cindy couldn't have more children.

My experience personally with the Ballenas has been over all a blessing.I have such peace knowing my daughter is in safe hands and being taught mannerism and prepping her academically along with getting her ready for Pre school. Not to mention the process of being potty trained. The Ballenas and The Assistants have helped me so much by making the potty training experience smooth and non terrifying. I highly recommend this Licensed Family Daycare. You will see your child coming home happy, wanting to share what they’ve learned and how much fun he or she had!

Wow! Just saw this post and it makes me so upset. I worked at Ballena Family Childcare during the 2 years that this woman took her son to the daycare. She claims that her son wasn't being treated right, which is completely wrong. This woman for 2 years had nothing but drama happening in her own personal life and Mrs. Ballena gave her so much of her time to be an emotional support for this woman. So unfortunate that people retaliate in the form of lies when they don't get what they want.

I brought my daughter here for a period of time. She really enjoyed herself and the environment she was around. I loved that the staff was always nice and friendly. The preschool program Mrs. Ballena runs, has helped my daughter tremendously before she started T-K. Never had a complain about her, vice versa she never complained about them. I highly recommend this place.

I came to pick up my son early to find him taking a nap on a mat that they provided, with my son laying off the mat no support under his neck and head. Numerous times my son has come home with both pull up and underwear on and when I asked why he was wearing both, I was told it wouldn't happen again and it did. My son came home with a bruise on his face, the provider explained he fell didn't inform me of this when I picked him up I found out when I got home and called to speak with Mrs. Ballena. Very unprofessional with how she speaks to the parents. I wouldn't recommend this facility. I've heard
